Malabar Biryani 

Hailing from the Malabar region in Kerala, this biryani is characterized by the use of short-grain rice (usually Khaima/Jeerakasala rice), coconut, and a variety of spices. It often includes ingredients like cashews and raisins, giving it a rich and flavorful profile
